Windsor Cafe
In January 2026, we opened our flagship cafe in Windsor Center. We're located on the corner of Broad Street, Poquonock and Palisado on the first floor of the Founders Square building, directly adjacent to the train station with customer parking in the back.
In addition to our coffee, teas and signature chai, we serve a full breakfast and lunch menu with delicious sandwiches and salads for all sorts of diets and appetite.
In the evenings, we transition our space into a natural wine bar, serving glasses and bottles of delicious organic wines, ciders, and local beers.
the BOP Coffee
In 2023, the BOP began as a coffee roasting company out of a former office space in a small mixed use building in Hartford's Parkville neighborhood. In late 2025, we retired our roasting operation in order to focus our efforts on our cafe. Our old roasting facility is now the home of Cazassa Boutique, an outstanding Brazilian clothier.
